Overview
InvoHawk helps WooCommerce stores generate and download PDF invoices through a lightweight WooCommerce plugin and the InvoHawk invoice service. By installing the plugin, connecting a store, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Using InvoHawk
You may use InvoHawk for your own WooCommerce store or for a store you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for keeping your WordPress, WooCommerce, plugin settings, seller details, and connection credentials accurate and secure.
Store and invoice information
The connected WooCommerce store sends store details, seller profile details, order details, customer billing details, product line items, totals, tax, shipping, fees, currency, and related invoice information needed to create invoice records and PDFs. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information sent from WooCommerce.
Invoice compliance
InvoHawk provides a practical PDF invoice workflow, but it is not an accounting system, tax advisor, or country-specific legal compliance service. You are responsible for confirming that invoices, tax treatment, seller details, numbering, records, and customer disclosures meet the rules that apply to your business.
Free plan and paid access
The free plan includes 10 invoice records, a watermark, and the basic manual workflow. When you hit the limit or need a clean production workflow, you can unlock paid access for $19 / 30 days. Paid access gives unlimited invoice records during the active 30-day period and removes the watermark.
30-day access and no auto-renew
Paid access is a one-time 30-day unlock. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. If paid access expires, invoice generation may be limited until the store unlocks another paid period or uses an available free-plan allowance.
Acceptable use
Do not use InvoHawk to process unlawful orders, upload or transmit malicious content, interfere with the service, probe or bypass security controls, abuse plan limits, resell the service without permission, or use the service in a way that could harm InvoHawk, other stores, or customers.
Service changes and availability
InvoHawk may change as the product improves. Features, limits, support paths, pricing, and plugin requirements may be updated. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party provider issues, or operational problems.
Third-party services
InvoHawk depends on WooCommerce, WordPress, hosting infrastructure, object storage, PDF generation libraries, payment providers when paid access is used, and other service providers. InvoHawk is not responsible for failures or changes in third-party products that are outside its control.
Intellectual property
InvoHawk owns the service, website, plugin code, product names, branding, and related materials, except for third-party software and content owned by others. You keep ownership of your store data, order data, customer data, and invoice content.
Suspension and termination
InvoHawk may suspend or limit access if a store violates these Terms, creates security or abuse risk, uses invalid connection credentials, exceeds applicable plan limits, or if continued service would create legal, operational, or security risk. You may stop using InvoHawk by disconnecting the plugin and contacting support about stored data.
Disclaimers and liability
InvoHawk is provided as a practical invoice-generation service for WooCommerce stores. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every legal, tax, accounting, or business requirement. InvoHawk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
Changes to these Terms
InvoHawk may update these Terms when the product, pricing, support process, legal requirements, or operating model changes. The updated date on this page will show when the latest version took effect. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
